With his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at University of British Columbia, he is enthusiastic to understand the deep needs of his clients and provide practical solutions to achieve their goals. Being born in Hong Kong and growing up in West Vancouver as his home for over 20 years, Dunfee serves as a unique bridge between cultures with his fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese.

Dunfee’s passion for creative arts in dancing, singing, and acting helps him generate innovative ideas and approaches to marketing properties.

Dunfee brings a people-centered and relational approach to his work. He has experience supporting buyers and sellers through home searches, showings, offers, and active transactions, including navigating fast-moving and multiple-offer situations.
