“We were first‑time home buyers, and Soheil Farahmand was the third realtor we spoke with. Since property hunting was completely new to us, our idea of the “ideal home” was vague and sometimes even contradictory. The two realtors we met before him didn’t want to spend much time helping us figure things out — they simply sent endless lists of random properties and asked us to pick something. It was frustrating: we tried to explain what we were looking for, but the next batch of “interesting options” looked exactly the same as the previous one.
Soheil didn’t have a magic potion to instantly clarify our thinking, but he did invest his time. He arranged a viewing right away. The house itself was obviously not a good fit, but it became a valuable reference point that helped us refine our criteria. From there, our search became much more grounded. Eventually, we understood what was realistic, what wasn’t, and we found the home we ended up buying.
Throughout the entire process, Soheil supported us almost in real time. As a negotiator, he was also remarkable. We bought during a buyer’s market (late 2025), and he managed to negotiate roughly 10% off the asking price. I’ve heard of even bigger reductions in other deals, but our seller wasn’t the easiest to work with, so we still consider this as a strong result.
One thing future clients should know: Soheil brings a lot of energy and pressure to the table. It drove our purchase forward, but some people might find it a bit overwhelming. That’s simply his style — he pushes both sides (yes, including you) hard to get the deal done. So you need to be comfortable saying to him a firm “No” if negotiations go in a direction you don’t like or if you’re no longer sure about a proposal.
For the clients who can do that, Soheil is an excellent realtor who will work relentlessly to get your deal across the finish line.”
